Fanny Delebecque, director of operations at Geneva Hospitality Management, enriches the team with her know-how in operational management and improving the customer experience, acquired in particular at m3 Restaurants and the Eclore Group. Sarah Pagès, our head sommelier, with nearly 15 years of experience in renowned palaces such as Le Negresco and the Park Hyatt Vendôme, shares her passion for wine and selects the best wines directly from the properties.
